Chances of getting in to these schools. Please Help?

3.9 GPA (no ap classes because my school does not offer them)
I come from a school with 140 kids.
I have many extracurricular activities such as community service, eagle scouts, honor bands, student council, varsity basketball and baseball, etc.
I recent received a 23 on my ACT but I will take them again I am studying my *** off so i believe i can get a 25+.
I am taking my SAT 2 subject tests this month and i am getting atleast a 500 in both tests.
I do not need financial aid, i have rich parents.
Live in California
Will get great recommendations
I am Asian lol

my top choices are
-Penn State: University Park (i have Alumni Relations+)
-University of Colorado: at Boulder
-Boston University
-University of Michigan
-Northeastern
-UCSD, UCSB
-Syracuse University
-NYU

you guys have any past experiences with the admissions from these schools? any tips on getting in? any insiders?

Those should all be pretty easily doable, except for NYU.

Your lack of AP classes and non outstanding test scores might make it a little tough to get into. It's always worth applying to a few stretch schools though.
