Canker Sores?

ok ive been having bad canker sores for about 14 yrs now.. im only 19. Someone told me it could be aids i was scared so i got tested.. i never knew anything about my real dad so i wanted to make sure.. well i dont have aids or an std.. so what can be wrong? i've been using orajel antiseptic mouth sore rinse and it isnt helping.. what should i do.. i dont put my fingers in my mouth and i brush my teeth after i eat every meal and before i go to bed.. what could it be? should i be worryed.. i've asked my doctor and she said everyone gets them. but mine hurt so bad i cant eat and sometimes cant talk because they get on my tounge and when i talk it hits my teeth and it hurts.. any help please!!

Whoever told you that canker sores were associated with AIDS is an A*hole.
I have had canker sores my whole life and they are triggered by a normally dormant virus. This virus is an relatively easy one for out immune systems to fight but it can become inflamed when the tissues in the mouth area become vulnerable.
First and foremost switch from complex toothpastes to more basic formulas first (including replacing your toothbrush.) Additives in toothpaste (tarter control, whitining agents, etc.) can cause gum irritation and should be avoided by people who suffer from canker sores.
Also moisture and mucus help reduce the pain and speed healing. Drinking plenty of water and dairy products can help reduce the amount of time your body needs to fight the irritation of a canker sore.
Lastly antiseptic mouthwash when you are not suffering from a canker sore can help control bacteria and virus-prone tissues in your mouth between sores. When he is not suffering from a canker sore he should always use an antiseptic rinse every night to help strenthen his defenses against the viruses that are already present.

My son gets these all the time.

He has discovered they form after eating from a group of trigger foods, typically high acid foods.
He has also discovered that if he eats yogurt everyday AND avoids the trigger foods, he doesn't get canker sores.

Coincidence? Possibly, but he is sure happy to have discovered this workable solution.

Unlikely it is AIDs, but it could be herpes. An antiviral medication might help if this is the case, but testing is needed. Taking a daily Lysine supplement may help prevent outbreaks. Lysine can be found in most vitamin isles.
