What NCLEX Rn book is the best?

I am looking for a book that has the following features:
1. has a CD test bank of questions like the NCLEX exam
2. has them categorized by subject so I can use it as a study aid while still in school.

Any Suggestions?

The Saunder's 4th ed. book has a really good CD in it and the pictures help you remember things.

My fave book to use in nursing school was Sandra Smith's Review for the NCLEX-RN. It is white with a cross on the front. I thought the questions in that book and on the disc were the most like NCLEX questions after I took it.

I know Pearson Vue makes the test, and they also run Kaplan so perhaps purchasing the Kaplan QBank online would be helpful.
