Laxatives...?

A gay man goes to the doctor to take an AIDS test.

Two weeks later the man goes back and the doctor tells him that the test was positive.

"Oh my God" shrieked the gay man "what am I doing to do?"

"Well" said the doctor, "I am going to write you a prescription for a super-strength laxative and I want you to take five a day for a week."

The patient asked the doctor if the laxative would cure his AIDS to which the doctor replied,

"But how will this cure aids doctor?" asked the man
