There are other STDs that you can get such as warts that you can contract.But not HIV..
So use a condom..

Unless you had an open sore on your penis, there is not even the slightest chance that you have AIDS. There was no fluid exchange in what you described and thus no chance to transmit disease.

Incidentally, you really should know these things before you start having sex.
