Do you think there should be mandatory AIDS testing in the U.S.? Why or why not?

i think there should be yes, i think everyone that is sexually active regardless of age should be tested at least yearly. i think there are alot of people carrying the virus but they don't know that they are because they don't get tested.

Yes, there are way too many HIV+ people who know they are infected and infect others on purpose. There are even more people who know they may had been infected, yet live in denial and don't get tested. It should be mandatory to get testing, but you know what, the U.S. government isn't worried about it because that would take away a lot of money from the companies that provide medications for HIV/AIDS people, and then they would be pissed at the government..and so on so on. There will never be a cure unfortunately, but I feel absolutely that everybody should get tested for HIV/AIDS.

Please, if you know your stupida$s has been sick and you are sexually active, know your HIV+ and living in denial of it, sleep with hookers, share needles, mess with HIV+ people especially men who have sex with other men without a condom and not getting tested..get a fxcking test done and stop being a as$ spreading shyt around the U.S. to women and children.

I'm going to totally agree with cute red head and say yes not only do they not know but the people who do go get tested don't know it should be legalized and mandatory the government should care more instead of just giving the rich people the vaccine to live I'm not going to say any names but i think HIV is a travesty and i don't know what i would do if it came into my life/.lol

ya we should, so we can find everyone that has AIDS, gather them up and we can send them to Africa, or the moon. Does not make a difference to me, just as long as they dont come back.
