Remedy for pain..?

Case-History : Age 27/M ...

2 years ago while playing cricket, i was running and slipped off..After sometime I began to feel a unbearble pain in my left-leg. However, I took some painkillers and gel like Volini aided with some hot-water massage. Tat helped to reduce my pain . But ever since after that , I have been suffering with the inner pain in my left part from the left-lower back to bottom of my left-leg. I also realise that it has affected my style of walking. I visited a good orthapedic doctor and even had a x-ray test. But it was normal. The problem is tat this pain is like sweet-poison & I feel it always..though I try hard to divert my attention. I even tried yoga and I do go for jogging n morning-walk. Even then there isnt a relief. My parents believe that there is something wrong with the nerves.

Can anyone please suggest a way out. I shall b really thankful.

Wud also add that as of now i can feel the pain in my left ankle n knee.

The same thing happened to me a year ago....
i also would add that if the leg is rotated it pains and i can feel something wrong about it.....
it also doesnt move freely as before but i let it go....

If the orthopaedic surgeon said that X ays are normal meet a qualified Rheumatologist. Physiotherapy will help you.
Even it can be a pain arising due to irritation of a nerve leaving the spinal canal down to the leg. For this you have to meet a neurologist. First thing meet the neurologist. After that if necessary meet the physio.
A suitable analgesic is CELECOXIB 200-400 mg daily at night after meals.

Hi, Don't delay further and approach a Neurologist and get a opinion and if he negatives then it is a simple issue you can contact the good or-tho surgeon and explain him the history, there is a cure called waxing in Ortho. you will get a relief after a course of 1 week. wishing you fast recovery.

have you try to get a good massage? sometime it might helps. or maybe try to get the acupuncture sometime helps too. my mom she has a mild stroke last year and after she went to the acupuncture doctor for awhile . now she can walk and talk again . good luck here is the site for you to get more info about it.
