ignoring or not she insists to stalk , after he started to ignore she started
to say very evil things as : i passed you aids, i dumped you with your neighbor, you are mentaly ill and take meds etc.

It can get worse. She needs help. She is already sick in the head from catching aids. She is feeling vengeful now and want to pass it on to everyone. She is an Evil woman.

Go get an HIV/AIDS test to be sure. Then back out of her life. Stay out of shared talk forums and places she might be. Avoid events or parties she'd attend. Put space between you and her. Whether she's truly unbalanced or just very angry and hurt is hard to say. In either case, take the high road and simply back away peacefully w/o taunting.
