My cat looks bloated?

my cat is 1 and has been to the vet multiple times, she was born with worms but they are gone now. She recently started to look bloated, and shes a small cat to begin with and its just her belly makes her look like shes ready to give birth! The vets cant figure out what is wrong with her because she doesnt have fluid buildup in her abdomen. She is still playful, and somedays her belly isnt as big as others. She has been put on different medicines and nothing seems to be helping, she has been tested for diabetes, and thats negitive. They mentioned something about Lukemia or AIDS, i just dont understand that though.. Im very confused, should i mention anything to the vet when we go back in 2 weeks? that they should test for?

I am very sorry to tell you this but you need to get an x-ray done right away.
My sister had a cat and it started to look bloated we would start laughing about it and just said that the cat is getting fluffy from eating too much. We even started to think of the best diet for him. Three months later he stopped eating. My sister took him to the vet immediately and found out it was a tumor and nothing could be done. I do hope I'm wrong and I hope your cat will be fine.

Hi, I would ask the vet about possible panleukopenia, or FIV.
Has any radiographs or ultrasound been done?
