Is there any organization/private donor who gives financial aid to college bound illegal immigrants?

I was wondering if there is anyone, or if anyone knows of anyone or any organization who is willing to give financial aid to undocumented students. My friend moved to america from south africa when she was a small child. She has spent her entire life in America, and has excelled in school. She even obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma which is highly valued and shows a sign of her brilliance and motivation. She has even taken many AP tests, and got a 4 on the US History Test. She was admitted to UCLA but is not elgible to obtain a green card. She deserves to go to the college that she got into, and she badly needs assistance.

It sounds like she needs to apply to become a legal American. She won't find anyone to give her money because she is not eligible to work legally in the US.

If her parents brought her here illegally, they should be the one she needs to be asking for money for her to go to college.

you have to get her a green card. or have her take a us citizen test. she obviously knows a lot about history and just picks it up so have her take the test. there's no other way for her to fairly get into school. it's not fair to all the other applicants if they can't get in and an illegal can. she has to become legal so it can be at least somewhat fair. sorry if it sounds mean but it's how it is
