Okay i got a Tb test today and around the shot its raised and red, its not just a little mesquito bite its about 1 inch long and an inch wide and a little raised. the lady was a bit harsh when she did it, i dont know if that could have anything to do with it but im really scared. is tb curable and can you die from it? can you get it 2 times? is it anything like Ok, relax. Well, it probably doesn't help any, but yes, you can die from it, I don't think its curable, but I can be wrong, its kinda like aids, but you don't have to be sexually active to give it to someone I don't think. Don't worry its because the woman was harsh. Just wait for your results. Let a pro tell you. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about! Just keep your chin up! You'll be fine. Don't let it effect your everyday life thinking about it, please. It can really effect you mentally if you let it get to you. Please don't worry! You'll be perfectlly fine. If you test positive, they'll offer you some medicine to treat it before it becomes active. Just be warned that the medicine has a small chance to give you hepititis and make you piss coca cola color. You should ask if you can just take an Xray. If you are positive, there should be spots on your lungs that show up with an Xray exam. Its OK, I had it myself. Its a six-holes shot and after a day it got swollen meaning you have the antibodies. Then after a few days, everything subsided, but my 6 holes are still visible on my left arm. Not everybody is like that, only me I guess. You are having a reaction to the shot. This should go down shortly. TB is not like it used to be. It is not at all common anymore.So not likely that you have it. You shouldn't worry about this.
