What does a second interview mean?

i recently had an interview at rite aid I didn't take a drug test or anything like that.So today I got a call from the manager to come in with a second manger for a 2nd interview.What does that mean i didn't know it was that serious?I worked at a major food company and i only had 1 interview.Is that what it means to take a drug test or answer more questions?

More than one interview might be the procedure to hire an employee. It might also mean that they are interested in another candidate for the job too.

I didn't know a retail store required drug testing. I'm guessing the second interview is more questions and you might be interviewing with someone different.

You are probably interviewing with another senior level manager. You will probably answer more complex questions or maybe get an job offer; it depends on the company's hiring policy.
