Is my kitten sick??

I have two kittens, they are both FULL of energy and the male is suuper affectionate. They both eat and drink and are completely normal and seem healthy. At the last vet checkup, they were tested for feline leukemia and AIDs, which came back negative.
The vet also said they appeared normal, but they had ear mites, so I got some tresaderm and some ear cleaning liquid from the vet and have been cleaning their ears out every other day.

The male, every now and then, will sneeze and occasionally make this weird noise. I've seen a friend's rats with upper respiratory infections, and they kind of rattle. It reminds me of that but it- along with the sneezing- isn't very frequent, less than 10 times a day. The female has had a few sneezes, but none of the weird noise. I'm taking them to get some more vaccines and dewormed again tomorrow but I was just wondering if this is a sign of something serious..?

could be upper respritory, but they could also just have a mild cold, kitties get colds just like we do, especially if you got them from an organization like the spca where alot of animals are kept together, i would take the fact that they have alot of energy as a good sign , and just continue to watch it, if they get lethargic, lose their appatites, or get gunky eyes take them into the vet

Its Probably just Allergies
