White tongue with red spots, and swollen tonsils? Weird welts in back of tongue...?

For the past 2 months I have had this and nothing i do seems to make it go away. I've tried yogurt, gargling, etc. Its really frustrating. I went to the emergency room because it was really bothering me and the nurse did not take me seriously and said it was "nothing" but sent me to an ENT. The ENT claimed it is "just an allergy" which is BULL........I KNOW it isnt that because my boyfriend is complaining of this same problem, white tongue and all. Because im 10 weeks pregnant he said he couldn't give me anything. I went to my first prenatal appointment 3 1/2 weeks ago and she has not called me back about any abnormalities. My boyfriend got tested for AIDs twice and both came back negative. I've googled things about oral thrus but who knows. WHAT is going on????

Kinda sounds like oral thrush maybe. I got it when I was pregnant. Since it is excess yeast it can be passed over to your partner.

Yogurt wont do anything if its something like danon or yoplait. You need REAL yogurt, but your best bet would be to get some acidophilus.
Its a probiotic, the stuff you are eating the yogurt for. You can pick it up at any pharmacy.
What worked for me was the acidophilus, and gargling with half peroxide half water.
No sugar, it causes the candida[bacteria] to grow.
