Will a prescription sleep aid "ativan"show up in a drug test

Ativan is a Benzodiazepine tranqilizer prescribed for anxiety, tension, fatique, agitation (particularly due to alcohol withdrawl) muscle spasms, seizures, IBS, and panic attacks. It is not prescribed as a sleeping pill since they have sleeping pills like Rozerem, Lunesta, Ambien, etc. Ativan is a nerve pill. I have been taking it for several years for Essential Tremors. Yes, it will show up in a drug test and you better have a prescription bottle with your name on it saying it is for sleep, which it is not. They can make you sleepy but since they are habit forming they would give you a sleeping pill that is not before they would give you a nerve pill that is.

yes- it will actually show up as THC- bring your bottle with you so they will know that is where it came from.
