Itching in groin Area? Skin looks normal.?

I've had this itching condition, mostly occuring in evening and often in middle of night for 20 years. I know, stupid to still have it. Doctors gave me various anti-microbial/fungal none work. Even anit-itch creams don't help. Daily, and I can't leave it alone. It's like skin is trying to grow back, it feels intensely itchy, I scratch it all off each day, it's raw and tender afterwards, then it starts again the next day. In the past, a fishy smell would happen during the shower when the soap is used on the area. I thought that meant I had a fungal infection, but now it hasn't been smelly for the last 2 years. Also, tested NEG for Clamydia, scabies, Herpes, aids, gonorria, syphillis. No doctor took a skin scraping for growth incubation etc.

Your diet might have something to do with this.

First reduce the amount of sweets and refined carbohydrates you eat.
Eat a lot of a wide a variety of fresh raw fruits and vegetables. Include garlic in your diet - raw and cooked. (you may take garlic supplement).
Garlic may be prepared by poring hot water in a cup with a clove of garlic sliced and allow to steep.
Add a little lime or lemon juice and drink. Do not add sugar.
Also include yogurt made from natural live culture and soured products such as kefir and buttermilk in your diet.

Drink a lot of vegetable juices. You may flavor this with lime and ginger.
