Oh, this was such fun ! ! Got all 20 right.. . Might have missed the Ink Spots, but question 16 - sniffing the ink, reminded me. . . I was born in '44 and remember my mom telling me about the stockings tip. . .and #18 I knew was Ammo, but also looked for fertilizer . . . didn't they say that too ? ? LOL Thanks so much for the fun ! ! !

do I get bonus points for not peeking before I answered all the questions correctly? I am not only older than dirt, I was one of the first investors in the company that invented fire.

Maybe I'm not quite dirt just yet, but, I do have a serious memory problem.( About everything ) lol

well take my word i did not know 15 or `19 guessed at 15 and was lucky to get it right - oh well i knew i was older than dirt!!! have a tee to prove it!!!

Wow I'm a kid compared to you guys. But you guys did great, great question. You guys are sure smart are you sure your not from another planet?

This was a fun little quiz. Thanks. I missed one.

Yes.

I got 15 but some I knew because of my mother's stories....

I'm not quite dirt yet...

Wow, I missed 4. I'll never get an A. Drove to school in a 46 chevy with a 3 on the tree and the starter on the floor. Do you remember when they had milk dispensers which looked like the ice machine boxes of today. You just put your money in and out pops a quart of milk. they had them in Minnesota but not in Iowa where I was from. I loved blackjack gum! Good little test!

Thanks!

I only missed the one about sniffing the purple ink. And we had the steel cows here in Minnesota. Was nice to go out late at night for a little milk when the kids were asleep, so we would have it in the morning. Those machines had lights on and you could go 24-7.

Alright here it goes. I did not peek at the answers first.
1-B
2-B but could be C
3-C
4-A
5-B
6-B
7-C I would not call it candy
8-A
9-A your talking to a skate fanatic
10-C
11-C
12-B
13-C
14-C
15-A
16-B but it could have been A as it did smell good
17-D
18-C
19-You got me on this one, don't remember this song
20-A
Now I will post this, go back and look at the answers and see how many I got right. It was not very hard, just one or two I was not really sure of.

Edit- Older than dirt. but of course been there done that. What can I say.

Thank you for confirming that I am old..... HOWEVER... I am NOT older than DIRT. I am older than the MOUNTAINS but YOUNGER than dirt.

I remember some years ago while working at the pizza place I still work at, it was the supervisor's birthday. He stated, sadly, "Boy, do I feel OLD!"

"How old ARE you, if I may ask?"

"22," came his reply!

"What does that make ME, then? PETRIFIED???" I replied.

Have a Senior day.

I'm not that old but got almost all of them. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Life was so much simpler back then. Way cool question and answers!

I missed the one about the Studebaker.... But that still leaves me older than dirt.
