FIRST AID COURSE HELP 10 POINTS!!!?

hey im ella im 17 in australia, im currently studying a first aid certificate coarse, so i need help with the test that is tomorrow, so please tell me stuff about first aid, and that thing u do when someone is unconsiouc and you breathe in their mouth (CPR)? please explain how to do it

In accordance to the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION:

1) Always check for heart rate. (This is key!)
2) Listen near nose/mouth for air movement.
3) Open mouth and check for any food or obstruction of air canal.
4) Tilt head back, so air can easily pass.
5) Pinch nose closed and release 2 long breaths into person. (Make sure chest moves)
6) Using both hands, one ontop of the other, push down on middle of breast bone fifteen times slowly.

--REPEAT NUMBER's 5 & 6 3 TIMES--

Note: If there is still no response after the repeat, check vitals (heart rate again). Usually if heart rate is void, if certified, use difibulator. This CPR instrustion is the old method. Let me know if you need aid with the new mouth guard method or use of an AED/Difibulator.
