Strong urine odor, itchiness, other stuff...?

I had gotten oral sex with a condom on a month ago, and my friend got oral by the same girl with no condom.

A month later, he got tested and nothing showed up

Now as for me, one time I was laying down and I had this burning sensation in my penis (only happened once), and I also noticed a very very slight bulge in my penis skin. (I'm circumcised btw) however if I take a shower, the bulge is a tad more pronounced.

It's like nothing matches my symptoms. Gonorrhea has certain symptoms that this doesn't fall under, same with chlamydia, and herpes.

Never burned while urinating, and my penis head tends to itch.

I also have a leaky feeling...but nothing comes out. I have a very strong urine odor however, and the smell tends to coat my genital area, as when I wake up I can slightly smell it. It gets stronger when I remove my clothes to shower.

Tried washing with soap to remove the odor, doesn't work.

Haven't gotten tested yet for STD's, I'm quite terrified of the swab test. Is there an alternative?

Anyone have any idea to my symptoms? I hope its curable, and that I don't have herpes or AIDS....

I have a novel idea for you. Go see an Urologist. Thats a penis doctor. I know it sounds strange but maybe he can help you with your problem!!!!

As good as yahoo answers is in solving the medical, political and physical and mental problems of the world, i dont think it is as good a substitute for a real live doctor.

Are you seriously suggesting that you got a disease, while receiving head, with a condom on?

Um, that's what I'm getting from this. I mean, it's virtually impossible to get an STD while RECEIVING head, especially with a condom on. Unless, she had a cut in her mouth, and you had a cut on your penis, and blood somehow got through the condom.

I mean, it just doesn't make sense to me...?

You're more terrified of the swab test than living with an STD? I think the swab it the lesser of the two evils here... you should go get tested
