Im 15 years old and i dont know what to do.. can anyone please help me with this?

ok.. im steve. and about three months ago i was going through a hard time.. i have a girfriend that iv been going out with for 2 years just about and we broke up for various reasons.. so i went out and found these 2 girls cuz i was lonely. i started drinking and smoking and we ended up have sex. unprotected sex. so it didnt come to my mind about an std cuz i was too worried that i got one of the 2 girls pregnant. so i had to buy the morning after pill for them and it ended up they were fine. no child to worry about. now its 3 to 4 months later i have my old girlfriend back and everything seemed to be fine and the other day i experienced something drastic. my testicles seem to have been tighter lately and seem to be a little discoloerd plus i have experienced yellow sperm when i have maturbated. i am soo worried and i dont want to tell my mom or stepdad about having sex becuase they would totally disown me.. i dont want them to be upset plus i am sooo scared to get tested because i know i will have to tell my girlfriend and i dont want to live my life on medication because i went and messed it up because of drinking and drugs.. i am so scared everyone.. i signed up for these yahoo answers becuase i dont know what to do anymore. i know i need help but i jus dont know how to get it. i always lived my life without having people help me but now i think i need more help than ever and i think that if i ask someone then they wont help becuase i have always avoided it. i seriously dont think i have something horrible becuase its been such a long time since it happend. but im still not sure. it might be jus an infection but im so scared its an std. i know its not aids becuase they have been tested but im so scared people.. please help? i will do anything just for an answer. i dont know who to turn to.

You can't just hope this will go away,you have to get tested.Who says you have to live on meds the rest of your life if its an std.You can go to a clinic and get tested in most states without your parents knowing.But you have to know for your own sake.

Get a grip, guy. This is NOT the end of the world. There are LOTS of STDs out there that clear up with a course of antibiotics -- there's only a few (herpes, AIDS) that hang in there for the rest of your life.

Meanwhile, don't have sex with your girlfriend, and frankly, don't say anything until you've been tested. It may not be an STD, it may just be some sort of urinary tract infection. You don't know. If it IS an STD, then you are going to have to tell your girlfriend so she can take care of things, too.

If you have an STD (hoping it's not a major one) I doubt you'lll be on meds all your life. If you have Herpes....jeeezuss. They will stick a giant Q-tip down your pee-pee hole and it will hurt. Go to a clinic, they should keep the information confidential. You should have thought about using protection.

There are so many things in this question that I feel is wrong but I am not here to judge! You are 15 and you have had sex with 3 girls, I don't know what to say to that other than buy some condoms, research std's and go to a plan parenthood class to learn about the possibilities of becoming a parent by carelessness. Okay that being said you can go to your doctor and just tell him that you have some unusual symptoms, you don't have to say anything about your one night of fun. We all make mistakes, at least yours have not resulted in unwanted children. Go to your nearest sexual health clinic and get yourself checked out. The chances of you being with your current g/f for the rest of your life is minimal, the chances of you having an infection is considerable, nothing life threatening but the anguish isn't worth it.
Do you not think your g/f would appreciate your honesty? You could potentially be putting her sexual health at risk and she needs to know.
It may turn out that you are suffering from nothing other than guilt but you need to be checked. Deal with the fall out later, and let this be a lesson to you, you may know where you have been but you don't know where others have been.
Protect yourself and others. Wear a condom, or keep it in your pants.

Okay, calm down and take this step by step.
1) Go and see someone medical. They will not be allowed to disclose your details to anybody. They will need you to tell your girlfriend.
2) Tell your girlfriend. Be calm, and just explain things the way that you did just now in that paragraph. Go with her to her doctor so that she can be tested too if you have been sleeping with her.
I do not know if you have to go to the doctor without your parents or not in the us but in the uk it is allowed.
If you have to tell your parents in order to be able to see a doctor, tell them in a rational , calm way. They will be disappointed but explain that you have learned from your mistakes and that you are genuinely and truly ashamed of what you have done. You will be surprised at how understanding and forgiving parents can be. Just do it. TELL THEM! Because the longer you leave this, the more worked up you are going to get. This is a test of the strength of your character. Be strong okay?
It sounds like an infection of some sort. Evenblow jobss can cause stds so be more careful in future. It will probably clear with antibiotics but if you leave it too long you and/or your girlfriend could become infertile.

I doubt it is too serious at this stage though. Just tell your parents.

it doesn't matter if your scared or your parents disown you... you need to see a doctor. you cant run from reality and if you do have an std i doubt your parents would disown you... they would need to help you through it and maybe you could even see a therapist. they help allot when your stressed. OK, FIRST OF ALL, DON'T FREAK OUT JUST YET. THIS COULD JUST BE A NON-SEXUAL INFECTION. I HAD A FRIEND GET AN INFECTION LIKE THIS FROM GETTING SOAP IN HIS URETHRA WHILE IN THE SHOWER. SIMPLE ANTIBIOTIC WILL FIX THAT.

NOW, IF IT DOES TURN OUT TO BE AN STD, YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE IF LEFT TOO LONG YOU CAN CAUSE SERIOUS HARM TO YOURSELF OR GIRLFRIEND. NOW YOU SAY YOU DON'T WANT TO TELL HER IF IT IS AN STD, BUT SHE'S GOING TO FIND OUT IF YOU GIVE IT TO HER. TELLING HER THAT SHE MAY NEED TO BE TESTED TOO WILL SHOW HER THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HER HEALTH TOO.

YOU CAN GO TO ANY PLANNED PARENTHOOD AND GET TESTED, USUALLY FOR FREE, AND ITS COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL SO YOUR PARENTS WONT EVEN KNOW. JUST OT CALM YOUR WORRIES A LITTLE MORE, MOST STDS CAN BE CURED WITH AN ANTIBIOTIC AND ISN'T SOMETHING YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH FOR A LIFETIME.

I would suggest going to a public clinic (or if you have a school nurse you could talk to him/her). Do not have sex with your girlfriend in the meantime, once you have found out what is causing the problem then discuss it with her.
I understand you are going through a hard time but please use protection next time (even with your girlfriend!!)

First af all I think you should be asking this question in the men's heath section. Just go to the doctor/hospital by yourself. I'm not sure about where you live live, but where I live you don't need parental consent. Anyways good luck.
