Yes they can be pregnancy signs, but they can also be signs of a lot of other things. The only way to know for sure is to do a pregnancy test or see your doctor.

It's possible, you won't know unless you take an at home pregnancy test or a blood test. Some of the first signs of pregnancy are missed period, tender/sore breasts, fatigue & nausea. Some of the things on your list are not common pregnancy sings at all.

I'll say it again, it sounds your anemic. I have been anemic for 14 years and you mentioned that you are constantly dizzy and feel weak. Go get your iron levels tested.

sounds more like a sickness or something. missed period, sore breasts, nausea, heartburn, fatigue (big one) and increase in appetite are the ones i can think of.

Anything can be a symptom of pregnancy. If you aren't late for your period though then it's too early for most symptoms except perhaps some fatigue. Try taking a test.
