Is it illegal or risky for me (15) to have gay sex with a 22 year old guy?

So im home alone this weekend. And i know this really hot guy, he said he wants to come over and have fun (gay sex)? Im really shy and i dunno what will happen. Is it risky? And i Know he dose not have Aids, because he said he will buy the quick test packs before we do it? Will it make me more confident?

Does that test work for gonerra, syphilis and crabs?

Wouldn't it be easier to wear a rubber? Wouldn't it be better to have safe sex each and every time? If you get used to haveing safe sex from the first time don't you think it will become a responsible habit?

Now onto the age thing. Don't you think he is too old for you? 7 years is a big difference. Don't you think he might be taking advantage of you? Plus do you love him? Don't dismiss that question too easily - do you love him? Do you really want to give up a very intiamte very private portion of your life to someone if you don't love them? Do you want your first time to be regretful?

Wouldn't it be nice to begin dating a nice boy and enjoy the build up to sex? Holding hands, a gentle kiss, hugging, warmth, affection and then deciding to go all the way with him?? Wouldn't you like to look back and enjoy your memories?

You don't say where you are (country and state) so an answer is not possible as every place has its own laws.

I would say sway towards the side of caution. Aids are not the only medical/health problem, yet the fact you mention aids while you ignore the many many other risks shows your simply not ready to make this decision. (no insult intended) Yet while on the aids subject I read of a 20 year old girl who has only ever had sex once in her life when she was 15. She contracted aids as the protection failed. "Same age as you."

If this older friend was thinking with your welfare first he should be advising you to slow up. You have 80 or so years to have a good time so a little longer wont matter.

My bet is he is thinking with just one thing in mind.

In the gay community where I live, people like him think of guys like you as a number or a score. Once he has you on his list after a few more sexual encounters you are no long of value. He may then start focusing on your friends or maybe family members.

If you really want to jump into bed for sex I would suggest you do it with someone who is also 15 as if nothing else he should be after the same thing as you.

PS.
I have a friend who is in the position of your 22 year old guy. He did as I suggested. He maintained space as the young guy is not yet ready to take that step. (Also in our area its illegal.)

It is illegal. If found out, he would have to register as a sex offender.

Also, the level of maturity/life experience, of a 15 year old vs a 22 year old is vast. Normally, a 7 year difference wouldn't be a big deal, but when dealing with these ages, it is.

Find someone your age, and above all else, when you become sexually active, insist on condoms being used.

It is against the law for him to touch you ... take into consideration the time you have known this guy and whether or not he is trustworthy... Know who you are messing with. If you do decide to go with it... make sure that he is willing to abide by your limitations if any! the guy shouldnt even be chatting with you but since he is... be very very careful as to what you do... You could regret it, or you could enjoy it and learn from the guy... The quick test packs... i have NEVER heard of those... Just be very very careful!

It is illegal. He could get into some serious trouble if anyone else found out about this.

As for AIDS, no, you DON'T know whether or not he has AIDS or is HIV positive. He could go out tonight and get infected but the results would not show up on ANY test before this weekend.

You are playing with fire and so is he. BOTH of you could wind up getting burned.

It's probably illegal wherever you are, since you ask. Not especially risky as far as STDs IF you both use condoms (depending on what you do together). But may be risky assault-and-battery wise if you don't actually know him that well. And could be emotionally risky. Be careful, hon.

VERY ILLEGAL.
dont do it.
you dont know what he has.
if he gets caught, or you, everyone will get into HUGE trouble.
him- jail
your parents - jail for leaving you home alone in a unsafe place of some bs like that
and youll probably need to see councilng

JUST WAIT util your older?
until then find people your age,
lmao!

it's illegal.....but love has no boundaries...i recommend yu find someone yur own age...ths man has gone thru everything already...school and depression and etc...he may seem perfect coz hes experienced and everything....but yu shouldnt give yur virginity (if yu have it) just for somepleasure....yu should find someone yur own age and experience everything with them......their shy and new to everything just like yu r...so yu know they wont try to take advantage of yu

DON'T DO IT !...
He will be seriously breaking the law, which could ruin the rest of his life.
You should wait.
But if you were legal age, you must use condoms, even if he says he is clean. No test is guranteed because there is a 3 month window between infection and tests that show positive. Also he may have other diseases.
Be patient!

yea its illegal
and why would you even want to have sex with him?
its not like he actually cares about you, its just sex for the sake of sex.
....which diminishes the whole idea of sex.

dont do it man, its illegal and he can go to jail. not to mention ur just fifteen, u will be traumatized and wont ever want to have sex with anyone again, or worse ulll turn straight. which would be good.

if he is really that willing to have sex with you then he would be willing to take a real test and wait. I wouldnt' take any chances because those tests are not that accurate.

honestly who gives a **** if its legal or illegal...if you feel like u want to have sex with this guy and your comfortable and your sure your going to be safe around him, then do it and HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its illegal but only for him u wont get into trouble some states have close-in-age exception but theyre usually on for 2 to 3 years apart in age or both are minors

Its illegal and he could go to jail and be placed on the sex offenders list

its illegal

come to the uk is legal so its perfectly normal. seriously im not lying.
