Can someone PLEASE help me find social help programs that can help me pay for rent and school?

i am having the worst time with money right now
all of sudden i'm in need of so much money than i've ever needed b4!! i'm so stressed right now!

my financial aid didn't go through and i have school fees to pay or i can attend next semester, my rent is already coming up, i need another $320 for a test and other stuff just came up!!

can someone please reccommend some of those social programs that help people with payments. (i live in the oakland, ca if that help with anything) i need help right away so let me know if you've gotten help from any good programs.

Start at the nearest church. Then apply for money at www.LOANIO.com . Investors bid to loan you money after you explain why you need it. Prosper.com just stopped loaning..

Try cfed.org. Look for Individual Development Account link at the bottom of the page. IDAs are accounts in which a sponsor matches your contributions. For example if you save $50 the sponsoring organization will contribute $100 to your savings. More information is available on their page. I am not an employee of this organization but I happened to run across their page while looking for savings assistance. Some of the accounts they offer can be used for tuition and college textbook assistance. I hope this helps.
