How early can i tell im pregnant?

ok heres another pregnancy question. for the last 6 months me and my bf have had protected sex and about a week and a half ago he came inside me just once. i took 3 preg tests all came out negative my question is how early can i tell? with my first child a positve result didnt come til i was about a month and a half pregnant. blood tests r hard for me to get becus im on public aid

My positive result showed up 3 weeks after the first day of my last period.

We are all different though... And all tests are too. Some test are 'stronger' than others and will pick up lower HCG levels (and earlier) than others.

A tip is to remember that your HCG levels will be mmuch more concentrated first thing in the morning - before your first pee.
This is what I exeperienced. My first two of the morning were very dark positive lines, and the lines faded of at later times in the day (yes I got a bit compulsive! haha) especially after I had drunk a lot of wtaer.

Generally you can tell once you've missed a period. A month and a half after you're missed period you should be able to get a + for sure. You wouldn't be able to get a posivite urine test for another week or two and in your case from previous experience possibly longer.

If you want a blood test you can pay for one at your local health department
They have a family planning section that can assist you or if you just go to the hospital in the pathology dept they can do it.
I paid $15 for mine before I got insurance.
You can try testing a day before or the day after your period is due.

Usually you can tell one month in that you are pregnant, but some women have hcg levels that aren't detected by hpt's until later. It all depends. I found out earlier than I thought I would have. I found out at one month to the day that I was pregnant. Good luck.

Do what you have to to get that blood test. The sooner you know the better. Blood tests are not expensive. Public aid or not it is not alot of money.

you should be able to find out with a pregnancy test 14 days after you had unprotected sex.

your just going to have to wait and see, nothing you can do about it
