I was trying to give you support, it is logical that animals should be used in tests that could save many lives, I agree with you.
I support your research, I know that black Africans that have AIDS think the way to cure themselves is to have sex with a female virgin, these are in short supply so a 6 year old could be the answer.

Virtually all medicines are tested on animals in this day and age. Even that paracetamol/Tylenol you just took was tested on an animal at some point. Insulin that saves the lives of thousands of diabetics each day is extracted from pigs. Three mice have to die to save a family from dying of botulism.

Whenever anyone asks this question, you make it seem like research scientists just hate animals, like we go around kicking puppies for fun. Not the case. Many of us are caring pet owners. Many of us are vegetarian. Many of us buy cage-free eggs, or milk from small farmers.

If anyone develops a vaccine or cure for AIDS, it WILL have been tested on an animal. HIV research is done in animals all the time.

So YES, I would wholeheartedly support the use of animals for medical research as long as those animals were treated and cared for under strict, humane guidelines.

And if you don't support such research, then you are killing babies with cancer, Africans with AIDS, and the thousands of people who will die of influenza this winter alone.

I think there is a cure for cancer but the government band it so its like in sweden or something like that. there probably is a cure for aids but they just dont want to tell you they want you to spend your money.
