PLEASE HELP I NEED A DOCTOR SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY?

Okay I have a sad story in here
Ive been sick for almost 5 months now I think its a STD
It started with a little pain when I went to the bathroom but its getting worst now my bladder hrts my kidneys hurt a lot and I even have muscle pain
I went to get some blood tests done and my tests show that I am fine my numbers are within the normal range red blood cells white blood cells but I feel very sick. I did the Aids test twice and it was negative the syphilis test got negative too.
I dont know what do I have and I think my parents are starting to believe I am faking since my blood tests went fine.
My symptoms are fatigue, muscle pain, head ache, my kidneys and bladerr hurt, my eyes are very sensitive to light it really hurts when I am exposed to bright light and my ears buzz a lot. Also lately I ve been having like heart burn. Is there any doctor that could help me

You need to see a doctor. It does sound like a kidney/bladder infection. Tell your mom you want to go into the office by yourself. Tell your doctor your symptoms. It could even be your gallbladder. These symptoms need to be checked out.
If you drink cranberry juice...make sure it is 100% juice NOT cocktail.

maybe a uti (urinary tract infection)?
that would explain the bladder/kidney pain...and overall feeling sick because your body would be trying to fight off the infection.
maybe suggest that to your doctor?
if that is the case, they will give you antibiotics to get rid of the infection.
also, drinking cranberry juice can help cleanse your bladder and urinary tract.

Have you been check for Chlamydia Men are more likely to notice symptoms than women, though they too may be asymptomatic. a white/cloudy and watery discharge from the penis that may stain underwear. a burning sensation and/or pain when passing urine. a painful swelling and irritation in the eyes (if they become infected).

I don't think it's an STD since you have taken blood tests and they've all come out negative. Go to your local doc. and explain to him your situation. Noone can give you an acurate answer here on yahoo. Unless you've been using condoms while having sex you have nothing to worry about, and if you do have an std make sure you practise safe sex and let your partner know you have an std. Keep it safe. NO GLOVE NO LOVE!

Maybe Hepatitis, or Syphilis? I cant say for sure, because I am not a doctor of course, but from what you discribed, I did a search and found this.

Go to a walk in clinic and get some urine samples...You might have a kidney infection, with is causing all of your other symptoms..I almost died because I had ecoli infection in my kidneys, last year..and I had so many other flu like symptoms..nausea, dizzy spells, fever..etc..Drink as much water as you possibly can..and some cranberry juice mught help..

I'm no doctor, but have you considered that maybe this isn't an STD?? You seem to postively think its because you've been promiscuos, but maybe these symptoms are not related! Think of other aspects in your life, has anything changed? like your diet, stress at work, etc. or contact with anyone who has been sick (not just with STD's)
I think you should see a doctor, but not for STD's.
For your heartburn, have you tried taking any over the counter drugs? They work pretty good.

First of all, you need to go to the doctor and be tested for all STDS and then you need an ultra sound of your kidney and bladder...to me that sounds like a bladder infection, you probably had a UTI (which is when it stings to pee and you have to go very often) and if you didn't treat that properly then that leads to bladder and kidney infections so that's what that sounds like and that can cause a variety of problems. Because your kidneys tend to flush out toxins that could be the reason for muscle pain and general sickness I'm not sure about the blurry vision or the buzzing ears though.

Take a deep breath. You don't know that this has ANYTHING to do with promiscuity.
You don't declare if you are male or female, but regardless, your tests have previously been fine, so have you looked at alternative causes? Do you take a vitamin? Whats your diet like? Exercise?

Do you suffer from any level of depression? Often promiscuity follows and precedes depressive episodes, and the symptoms of seemingly guilt induced paranoia causes us to think that our poor health may be because of our sexual contacts. In reality, it may just be poor diet or exercise. If your doctors are not finding anything, I would posit it is unlikely std related, and recommend looking at other culprits beyond that scope.
