What is my guy friends intent?

Okay I'm back again, this is not related to my previous question but a new one.
Well last year my bff introduced me to a guy, and we've usually hung out together ever since. When we first met he said he was Bi. He used to talk about he exs, specifically to me. After hanging out for a couple of weeks, we finally hung out at my house together. It was very awkward at first, we obviously sat far apart, and seldom spoke. We then decided to take a stroll to the local Rite Aid which broke the ice. Now don't ask me how but we got started talking about sex (real appropriate for 15 year olds lol), and I bluntly said straight out I would find it weird to ever have sex with a guy whoses done it with other guys, and he just blurted out "I've had std tests before". We said other things but I vaguely remember them, but I think he was inferring he was talking about us becoming bf/gf. I pretty much turned him down because I didn't really like him in that way at that time. We also went to the mall and were pretty close, and we even got matching stuffed animals. He also sent me a song called "No Air", "With Out You", etc, but I don't remember the artists. I've also talked about this guy I really really like at our school and for some reason my friend hates him! I mean he always says something mean about him or something about him/i every time and he refuses to tell me why he doesn't like him.
He used to send me a lot of superhugs on myspace, messages like "what are you up to?", etc. Not anymore. Then he magically started claiming he was gay instead of bi.

We also hug a lot and he sometimes sits on my lap or lays across my lap when we sit down on the ground or something. Once we were sitting in the library and he started rubbing my leg! He also jokingly got up and gave me a "lap dance" that he apparently rarely gives away for free (lol). I can't remember what else hes done, but the most fresh was about a week ago or so it was cold weather, and all I had was a knit sweater and he has this giant puffy jacket. I jokingly complained about my sweater compared to his and he took his off and gave it to me, as well as some chips because I told him I was hungry.

Of and on hes been rude to me. Not really rude, just down right mean. When we're in our group he begins to act like an ***, just making rude jokes about me, telling me to **** off, etc. Hes also been hanging out with another person during lunch for the last 2 days too. Hes sort of gotten like this after ouf bff and I got into a spat for 3 or 4 months. Hes been acting more and more like hes trans gendered as well. I can't figure what type of message hes trying to send me.
