Kind of worried help ?

ok well long story short. I had protected sex with this one girl that i met 2 months ago. i was a virgin at the time but she was more experienced. so i just recently went to get tested and waiting for results and yes 2months later which is pretty bad. But im scared i mite have Hiv or something even aids i noticed this redish purplish brusise looking thing on my penis and the doctor said it wasnt an std or anything and said it was or looks like a bruise could he be wrong ?
Then im starting to feel sick like cold symtoms and scared but its been cold this past week and i havent been wearing jackets or anything shud i be worried?

chill, if you were protected its all good. wait for the results. dont think about it because you'll be all stressed out. you'll be fine.

If your doctor thinks that it isn't an STD, then I would trust him until the results come back. There is no need for you to stress about an answer to a question that will eventually be answered. There is nothing you can do unless you know what STD you have, if you have one at all.

If you really feel like you need to know, call that girl and ask her if she has anything. If she doesn't then you probably just have a sore and a cold.

You wouldn't be experiencing symptoms of AIDS in just 2 months, it takes a long to to have symptoms. I doubt you have AIDS but you should never have unprotected sex. Just wait for the tests to come or even talk with her and say you are worried and ask if she has ever been checked for STD's. Just say you are concerned because it was unprotected and nothing against her.

no you shouldn't be worried because:
1. it was protected sex
2. your doctor said you're fine
3. you got tested relatively early.
4. all your symptoms are justified.
... don't worry, you'll be fine.
p.s. AIDS is an advanced form of HIV and it usually take about six months to develop, so you're safe in that realm.

Relax. You are fine. I've never heard of a bruise looking thing to be any kind of std. Besides, your doctor would've known if you had something. Stop worrying over nothing. Continue to use protection when/if you have sex. Good job on that. You don't have anything to worry about. You can make yourself sick with worrying alone.

Calm down... I am sure you are fine. It's cold season. You don't actually get sick from cold weather.....it just so happens that's when the cold virus is more successful at reproducing so more people get it.

The bruise....well maybe you bumped it somewhere or you got wild with it???

I get bruises all the time and can't explain where they came from.

If you are still freaked just ask your dr for a HIV test.

hiv doesnt show up when tested for it until almost 6 months from the time you came in contact with the virus. doubtful that its hiv. doubtful that its anything really. you should be fine. dont worry about it. you have a cold & a bruise on your penis. youre fine.

It takes awhile for HIV to turn into AIDs. You might really have a cold and are just making yourself paranoid. I would just wait for the results and take it from there. Good Luck

unfortunately, there is no internet test for disease, regardless of how well you describe your symptoms. get a blood work up done- it should be covered by your insurance.

Trust ur doctor. Just stay patiently until the result come out. And keep yr genital area as clean as possible and ware Clean and Cotton under wears so those bruses maybe healed. And don't have sex for a while too.

Your doctor is probably right. It's just a bruise. Your doctor knows the signs of an STD, and if he didn't notice any, then you're fine.

Doesn't hurt to get a second opinion. And colds are caused by bacteria...not cold air. You might get a stuffy nose.

first off...you are so being paranoid. Do you realize the mind is more powerful than anything? You can so convince yourself of these feelings. Anyway, AIDS or HIV will not show up that fast. It could many mos. for HIV to show up on a test and YEARS for the symptoms. If you don't know the full extent of AIDS/HIV or the facts then maybe you shouldn't be having sex yet. Also, you were wearing protection. Come on now, get control of yourself. In the mean time of waiting for your results, try going on some websites for STD's and learn a few things instead asking the general public silly questions.

First off: Big props for using a condom. No mater how you may feel about them, they are the ONLY way to protect yourself and your partner. "Proper attire required for entry!" I think you should trust your Dr, If your test results have come back neg and the Dr. has looked at the spot on your penis and says that its just a bruise, then its probably just a bruise. Bruising is normal if you get a bit over anxious and end up bending your penis during intercourse. I would get tested again in one month and if neg then don't worry about it. In the future: When in doubt get tested right away and if you are going to be active, get tested at least once a year!!!

well first off yea ur prolly sick w/ a COLD from not wearing a jacket..so start wearing a jacket n take sum cold medicine to c if that gets better...secondly, u never can b positive when u sleep w/a random person or sum1 u know who sleeps w/multiple ppl or is jus nasty..if u knew she was more experienced, that shoulda alerted u to stay far away..best advice, stay as calm as u can until u get the results cuz u can actually make urself sick from worrying too much...n use it as a life lesson..only sleep w/sum1 if u kno u have long term relationship plan n kno their background sex history
