Simple Statistics Question?

The professor told us a question like this would be on the final, and im having some trouble with it seeing as I could never afford a book (trouble with financial aid and whatnot)

There is belief that that 30% of water sample ports have an impurity. Testing all sampling areas would take too long so 10 are selected for testing
a)What is the probability that, taking the belief into account, that 3 or more ports are impure
