He finally admitted today that we had unprotected sex and that we both decided on it. Then he had the nerve to say he was just waiting until I turned 18 so he wouldn't get into any extra trouble. Eww I just feel so nasty now and will be getting tested for stds/aids. Now he's trying to get me to visit him again and I refuse and he said he's my father figure and that I should trust and respect him. I then told him to stay away from me and he said he can't because he loves me to much and only wants the best for me. How can I get him away from me for good?

I don't think you agreed to the unprotected sex. It sounds to me like he drugged an raped you even if he said you agreed. Go to the cops and tell them what happened, tell them that you guys had sex but you don't remember it and he said you consented to it. Tell them that you want a restraining order and if he doesn;t leave you alone, call the cops and he can be arrested.
