Im really freaked out please help!!!?

Ok i know im reaching wayyyy out there but my mom had a blood transfusion a few years before they started testing the blood for aids 8 years later i was born.My mom has been sick from like 100 different things she seems to always been getting sick..shes had blood test but none for aids i don't think.Well im just freaked out b/c i get colds really often and my immune system isn't really strong and im freaked out my mom and i both of aids or something.

It's possible, but I highly doubt you and your mom have aids. If you are really worried about it you can go to the doc and get tested for aids, but i'm sure you and your mom just have a weak immune system from not getting proper nutrition.

I think that you are okay. You just need to eat healthy and get daily exercise to build your immune system up.
