I was just wondering when its the best time to take the band-aid off :)
It may be a silly question but heh, just curious.

you can take it off whenever you want

i left mine on for a few hours and checked it.
then i put a new one on for another day
keep putting new ones on until you think you don't need them

10 minutes after you got stuck with a needle. You really wouldn't bleed much if you didn't put a band aid on it unless your anemic. so yeah. trash that bandaid.
