me and my girlfriend havent done anything with any other girls or guys and we both have been tested and dont have AID'S STD'S HERPIES or any of that stuff.. but if i eat her out can i still get an STD? or herpies?

If you have both been tested and declared negative for any std's, and you haven't had sex or foreplay with any other partners, then there is no way you can get an std from each other. You can cause her to develop a bacterial infection in her vagina if you guys have anal sex and then go straight to vaginal without washing your penis, but that's still not an std.
And if you have to ask questions like this, you should really use condoms anyway. Helps keep the gene pool nice and deep.
