Is it possible i have aids? |
Ok i know im reaching wayyyy out there but my mom had a blood transfusion a few years before they started testing the blood for aids 8 years later i was born.My mom has been sick from like 100 different things she seems to always been getting sick..shes had blood test but none for aids i don't think.Well im just freaked out b/c i get colds really often and my immune system isn't really strong and im freaked out my mom and i both of aids or something. Usually they test for HIV when someone is pregnant. I don't think it's likely. But, really anytime there is any doubt it is a good idea to get a test. It will give you peace of mind if you don't have it, and in the slight chance you do, you can get treatment. I got a test from the pharmacy at the drug store. It was around $65. I mailed the little blood sample in to the lab, and got the (negative) results by phone. God Bless. Just get tested because you may have it, or you may have another disease because if you have like a disease, the white blood cells are too worried about taking care of the disease, they won't take care of your cold. Yes. possible. go doctor and test your blood... yes, get tested if you are that concerned go to www.hivtest.org and find out where you can get a free HIV test in your area. Good Luck |
