How dark is the future of Israel after this catastrophe?

I copied some parts from a jewish newspaper. The Haaretz.
Some other fellow posted that first so I will not spam this board, due to my respect to other peoples' online findings.

The big Question is this:

How is it possible for Israel to survive after this big loss?
I am talking international relations, human rights violations, 38% antisemitism increase, vandalism, terrorism, no American aid, no nothing.
Please try and be creative for once. Don't give me Bible, or God, this time, please?

The Greek President (not the PM) was asked about Israel once and he said: Unfortunately Israel will collapse in 4 (FOUR) months, ......no 2 (TWO) months without the financial injection of the US.
I prefer to call this rather a financial "enema", since most of the money come through the "back door" in that country.

The point is some of you just look at the death total... plenty more palestinians killed than Israelis at this point. You fail to look at Hamas hiding behind those civilians!1!!! Israel calls civilians in advance and lets them know to move out of the way because they are attackin terrorists near by. Who else does that? Hamas is fully responsible and my heart goes out to the Gazan civilians who are suffering.

To the Samsoona above, Adolf Hitler was Christian, so does that mean Christians killed a million souls? FYI, there are more than 1.5 bil Muslims scattered all over the world. Sudan is in Africa.

To answer the question, Israel has undone all its 30 years of cunning manipulation of the world's sympathy for itself this time. Its daring was based on the support from Americans and the guilt of Europeans which obviously aren't going to hold much longer. As the asker quoted "the world's exaggerated willingness to forgive Israel is liable to crack this time".

Israel will most probably show a grand tactical gesture to win some of its lost favor by offering to rebuild Gaza after this war and perhaps even cease its ongoing sniping of Palestinians in the West Bank. Once the world begins to forget, it will play the same old game again, perhaps more discreetly and even more insidiously to occupy Palestinian land.

I fail to see why you think anything is new, Muslims have killed millions in the Sudan, millions in Africa, millions amongst themselves Jordan killed some 10000 in "Black September", Arabs kill indiscriminately that's fine Israel defends itself that's wrong, the world has double standards.

The only thing that's wrong is Israels lousy way of explaining things, or maybe it's because there are so many Arabs noise makers.

I guess if you keep saying it often enough, at least you and maybe 4 other people will believe it, but since two of them are active members in that all boys club called Hamas, the chances they'll join you in a victory rally are pretty slim. And their cheer-leading girlfriends here will probably be in solitude for a while after the smoke clears.

The world powers do want an immediate cease fire but ALL agree (Except for the Arab states, naturally) that Hamas HAS TO honor it as well. They also recognize the fact that no matter how hard Israeli forces try, if the enemy hides behind women and children in a war zone (against international law) women and children are going to get killed.

There is much more arguing and infighting going on between Arab governments over Fatah and Hamas than there is disagreement over how Israel responded to their demand for war. Heck just before all this happened the Arab League was discussing sanctions against them and I doubt this mess has improved their opinions of them much.
