Sometimes sore testicles and yellowish sperm. What is it?

I made the unfortunate mistake of sleeping with a a college girl that sat behind me in one of my classes while trashed last June. Sans protection. I know, I know. The very next afternoon, I felt a huge pain in my lower back (seemed more my pelvis) the very next day and I noticed my sperm was yellowish from than on out. I went and got tested by the county and passed on ghonerea syphilis chlamydia aids and herpes. I went to my family doc months later cause I still noticed my balls felt sore and almost like slight pains, but my urine sample and blood were checked and they cleared me on mostly the same std tests.
I'ts the new year and I still have sore testicles and yellow semen, although sometimes no symptoms for a week or two make me think I've cleared whatever it is from my body. Every other week, I'll get a slight apperition of that back pain that hit me the morning after?
What is this? I'd go to the doctor but I just lost my insurance and my finances all go to day to day expenses. Anybody have or had what I'm describing?

I never had yellowish semen before, I don't where tighty whities I wear loose boxer briefs. Holy hell, prostate cancer huh? That would be a major downer I'm too young and strapping for that stuff...although I'm sure Lance woulda said the same. Anybody else have a less bleak possible explanation? have to wait until my student loans to kick in before I can see a doc and I don't know how I'd get a urologist with no insurance.

you checked out for STI's, maybe its a minor infection. i never had what you have but heard about it. don't have sex and go see a urologist. get a full check up. good luck.

The pain is probably just a hangover. And you can never really tell what color your sperm is gonna be. after all your sperm does come from the same place that urine does.

I Herd of a similar case and it turned out to be prostate cancer :(

Do you wear tight pants?? Or whitey tightys.. they may be putting pressure on your testicles.
