Can anyone help me?? Why is this happening to me?

i had a baby 6 months ago and have had alot of trouble with my body and now anxiety.
Now ever since my pap smear 3 months ago i urinated blood. At the start i was in hospital having tests, blood tests and urine cultures and ultrasound on my kidenys. Now infection was found and nothing was wrong with my kidneys or bladder. I was still given uti medication just incase.

So i kept urinating blood and at time sit was phase 3 (a large amount)
Then for 3 more urine tests it was negative and that was over a 5-6 week period. I had nother test last week which showd traces, and i had 1 yesterday which showed no blood.

Ive also had a ctscan on my urinary tract and nothing is wrong with my kidneys or bladder or ureters.No masses were seen.
Also, my pap smear came back clear.
What could casue the blood in my urine. Like is aid i dont have it now but the last time i did, it was only traces which can be normal, i was told everyone realeases a certain amount per day.
I was also having fortnighty blood tests to check kidney and liver function and theyw ere all good although my iver shows signs of being dehydrated but thats because im lucky tii drink2 glasses or fluids a day, i just drink coffee.

I always have pain in my left side, upbove my hip bone an dits half on my stomach, half on my back. It feelslike a pulled muscle but i dono if it is. To push on the muscle its sore.

I also have swollen glands but docs think this all started because of glandular fever. I having more blood tests tomorrow and stool test.
My thyroid function is perfect also and red and white blood cells are normal. One blood test releved slighty elevated protein in blood, is that bad??

Damn...Now what lay person can answer this...Obviously ur not happy with your Docs answers, maybe u need to calm down and realize your body is still adjusting to the birth or get another opinion or google the word hypochondriac
