What are the requirements to work in a school as a teacher's aid?

like what documents they ask for and what they check and what tests they do????

This will depend on what State you plan to work in.You will probably need:

1.TB test
2. Blood test[s]
3. Criminal Background check
4. Fingerprinting
5. Most likely an FIA clearance.

Education-wise, most teacher aides that I know have an Associates Degree in Education.

Each school district has different requirements. You should call your local school district to find out what they require. It helps if you have some college background and experience working with the type of students that would be in the classroom.
In our district this is the requirement:

1. High School diploma
2. TB test
3. Criminal Background check (Fingerprinting)
4. Experience working with children
5. Letters of recommendation
