My cat has problems HELP?

HI, i have a 1 year old cat and about two months ago he fractured his pelvis but it healed quickly =)
About a week ago he started loosing hair in patches so we took him to the vet and the cause was fleas, he soon recovered
He also vomits fairly often , we must still get that checked out...
and this afternoon i picked him up, hugged him and he fell, now he is limping
he also sheds alot but that might be because its summer
he's also very tiny but the vet told he's just a small cat (genetic)
he got an aids test and was proved negetive
i think all these symtoms add up and I'm so scared he has some fatal problem. I really love him so someon please tell me if you think something is wrong!
my main worries are his vominting, limp and his shedding, he seems very happy and not in pain, he also sleeps alot but hunts at night
please tell me if something is wrong please!.

Change his dry food. Easy fast. GIVE him more meat and he might be a lazy hunter. Good tasty meat. Red dry food makes a couple of cats vomit. Loss of patches of hair is often fleas. Check again and make sure he is not allergic to the medicine. Can you keep him in? Has he been checked for worms and bacteria infections? Both can make him weak.

he could have tapeworms from the fleas, he could have a birth defect or damaged bowels from the fracture.
his pelvis may not be completely healed and may be re injured.
he may not be getting enough water to help the movement of the hair and food through his intestines.
best to get him to the vet asap.

cats usually sleep all the time, most of the time the only time i see my cat is at night time so nothings wrong there.
but i think if u have been taking him to the same vet take him to a new one becuz it really seems like somethings wrong and it dosnt really seem like their helping

Take him to the vets if you are worried, if there is something wrong and you leave it then it could make things worse.

Are you giving him a good quality food for cats?

Main reason for shedding is missing vitamins that he gets in his food so if its food its not good quality he will start to lose its fur.

i do not mean hes going to be bold,
but he will be surely loosing a lot of fur,
now he vomits because of the same reason,
as he cleans himself he gets a lot of hair swolen,
wich is pretty bad cause if the shedding problem does not stop.
he will be getting more hair into his system,
and will cause him problems with his digestive system.

Now i recommend you to help him this way.

buy special food for helping their digestion,
there is food for hairball problem.

also brush him often, that will help him a lot.

limping: you probably hurted him a little, get him to the vet to re-check.
