How can one tell if Thrush is from Aids or Cancer?

Since 1987, I've had having lots of spit in my mouth, stringy spit.

Almost after brushing my teeth, chewing allot of gum, or having food caught in my teeth, I have spit on my tongue which I have ot scrape off with my fingers. I mean at times, I tend to cough up mucous, which forms on the back off my tongue. I finally brought this up to my doctor last year, for I heard that white tongues could be a symptom of Thrush--Aids-Cancer.

Been given two oral subscriptions, whichgot ride of the spitt. This was last month. Then to now, I've have times after doing mentioned above where I have the coughing and the white tongue return.

I've been tested for aids 4 times between 2002-2004, all times negative.
I have had no sexual contact, drug use with anyone..

The only time I've made skin-skin contact with blood, was at a girls summer camp back in 1992, some girl decided while I sleeping to put a use oxy cleaner cleansing face pad up my nose.

What I need to know from everyone out their is, are the symptoms for Aids/Cancer the same or different?

If a cleansing oxy face pad has achol onit, with blood, would the achol kill aids, if present in the blood?
