Is there a conclusive test that can be done on me to confirm whether I am 100% free of the virus?

Although it often takes several years for symptoms to show up, the time it takes for HIV to show up in testing is much shorter. More than 98% of people who have HIV would test positive within 3 months after getting infected. In very rare cases, it could take up to 6 months for someone to test positive. If you have tested positive more than 6 months after your last possible exposure, you are fine.

The test for HIV infection may be falsely negative in early infection, but after six months after infection it should be accurate. If you've had several tests in the past ten years and they all came up negative, then you definitely do not have HIV.

Aids may not show up in the tests for years. It may be there, and not be noticable. There isnt really much you can do, every year or so, i reccomend going back to get another test done.

Are you on preventative meds? If so, then it can suppress the virus to levels that are not detectable.

If not, then you are certainly disease free.

Pretty sure if you're not testing for HIV then you're good (I remember something like that from health class,... esp if its been 10years)

Maybe do a little more research and ask a doctor (not Y!A)

I believe it is up to 6 years. Deff ask your Dr.
