Can monkeys give you AIDS if it rapes you?

I was sleeping over at my friends house and he owns a monkey and I was in my boxers and sleeping and the monkey got out of its cage and well it kinda tried to rape me and it came on my anus.

I heard that AIDS started cuz someone raped a monkey and I was wondering if I should get tested.

I am really afraid now what do I do?

If i get tested do I have to tell them it was a monkey?

i wouldn't worry overly about it. no-one really knows how hiv came about. and as this is a domesticated (albeit a bit untamed) monkey i would hope you would be ok for other communicable diseases. if you are really worried get tested.

Go test your self. It is true that you can get it this way. It is normal way through which people normally get it. These tests are anonymous so don't worry about publicity. Just go and test if you are not sure.
