Algebra 1-b,Im having the hardest time learning this stuff!?

Ok,so apparently im learning something about inequalities or something and graphing,I have no idea,I am completely lost and my teacher can't teach! he explains it then I tell him I still don't understand it,he walks away,so the teacher aid comes and tries to explain and she never makes sense and can't teach either,so her and the teacher just tell me this "then you need to go to a tutor this is common math you need to know this or you will fail,you'll need this one day" and a bunch of other stuff.NOT TRUE.I don't need math to be a journalist.
anyways,I really cannot stand the teacher and he's failing me because even though I put in the effort turn in my work though I may only answer 8/15 or etc,still I try but he's failing me and I have a huge test on the 18th on all of this and if I fail this then I WILL have an F on my report card.enough said.

I have already attempted to get out of this class but the issue is,if I get switched out of his class I need to get rid of my english 1,and get a different teacher,and I'd get moved to a slower less advanced english,and im really good in english and I wanna be able to get into an honors for it next year but if I go to a slower less advance class there's no possible way of getting that.If my english teacher had a morning class I could take that and have this whole entire situation settled and i'd have a new math teacher and everything would be fine.but the issue is with my english.Our school does A/B scheduling so it's like really hard to rearrange your schedule if needed and atm I don't know what to do,because I cannot stay in this math class.This guy is the only one who teaches in the morning so like I said it's impossible to just get a new morning teacher. This is basically my schedule

A days:
1/2- Algebra 1-B
3/4- Weight Training
5/6-Science
7/8- English 1

B Days:
1/2- Algebra 1-B
3/4-Career and Research
5/6-Science
7/8-Learning Strategies

now I could easily switch my 7/8 B day to first period,it's just A day 7/8 because like I said I want to keep my teacher and go to honors next year but if I switch to the other class that they'd give me I'd have no chance doing it.

So what should I do? if I fail Algebra 1-b they'll make me take it 1st semester for sophmore year,and thats the last thing I want.

ok great to know there is someone in the world like me.......i also gon get wad the teacher is sayin and yeah she ignore me and i almost failed but try gettin some friends in the express class to tutor you i have a couple helping me as they want me to join them in express.....you must try your best too ask you parents for help once in a while......trust me and ask......
