Why wont' an attonery help me fight the Dept of Revenue? |
So far I had to go to a Dr for an additional eye test once I did that they said I would get my license in the mail. When it did not come I found out that I needed to go get a psych evual. I made an appointment for that and now they are asking for a full pyshical or I lose my license in 3 days. I made an appointment for next week because that is the soonest I could get in to a dr. I have medicare/medicaid and spent a day and half looking for a dr. They said I needed a picture but I do not not have. I told them this was to get my license. I am tired, worn,stressed, I have a headache and very depressed. They have threatened to call the police on me if I call asking questions. I am not too simply comply without asking questions. Is this a new government system where they target one person and keep making them jump through the hoops. What is going on here? Isn't this america; land of the free? To me blind compliance is what leads to do the downfall of a free society. I have even called free legal aid and they won't help me. Why won't an attonery help me try to fight this? I have a clean driving record and no reason for this. I wanted to get an attonery because I am afriad they will keep asking for more? Are the attonerys afraid of the DOR? You need a case manager, patient advocate, or social worker. It appears as if you don't have the patience to navigate getting the license yourself. You also are exhibiting feeling of persecution and have no idea how your behavior is infringing on the rights of others. Yeah right america land of the free my foot!. Sorry to hear about this. I am not sure why an attorney will not fight this. Maybe as some said you have no case?. I trust that the dept of revenue (uncle sam) can cause you this stress believe me. I've been through a lot with them also. Just keep calling more attorneys you could find one that is willing to take the case. Good luck. Your case sounds very cheap. They can't charge you enough to take a case like that and probable don't want to. Also. if you don't have a case lawyers can't take peoples money for a wild goose chance, because they could lose their license. you have no damages |
