Can doctors lie about HIV blood test?

Okay I am 14 and had a experiment with two other boys age 15 and 16. I donot consider myself gay. I want to my pedetric doctor and lied to her telling her I cut my self with a needle by mistake. She said it was nothing to worry about because if anything was inside it would have died.

I told her I was scared of getting HIV, she told me if I wanted a test I said yes. The next day I go back for the HIV test. She didn't make me sign anything, she just took my blood. I asked when the result will come back she told me it was a very complaceted test. I waited for about 4 days then called them one of the nurses asked my name and the she told the doctor I was calling, the nurse then told me it came negative.

So I was wondering if the doctor could have been lieing since she though I didn't have anything. Pluse I didn't have to sign anything and the result came back in 4 days it seems. And I would also like to add that my experiment took place aboard in a country where in 2006 there was only 36,000 people with HIV aids out of 150 million Bangladesh.

Please I need your help please..

The day I took the blood test I ate breakfast and was around dead animals lambs and sheep for about 4 hours (dont ask why) also I ate pizza and took the test at 2 o'clock. So I was wondering if these things I did could give a false result in HIV blood test.

By experiment you mean you put your mouth on another boy's member? Then yes, you 100% have HIV

I work in a doctor's office. A doctor would not lie about lab test results. First off, if you did have HIV, your doctor would be obligated by law to tell you that and to start treatment for it.
If you are still worried, have your parent call and talk with the office and request a copy of the lab reports. Since you are still a minor, they can give her information. It doesn't take long for HIV results to come back, 4 days would be adequate.

they are supposed to tell you the truth because you do not want the whole country and everybody in it dying. You have sex with someone and they have sex with someone and so on. If you find that a doctor lied about HIV blood test results, he needs to be reported

When it comes down to medicine Lying is punishable by law assuming your doctor lied she would be sent to court and you would get money and the doctor would be revoked of her license in medicine and yeah so the possibility of your doctor lying is very very very slim

If the doctor did lie she can go to prison.
Sometimes doctors do make mistakes.
Sometimes they are just to lazy to realize a mistake.

If she did she is risking her medical licence. As a doctor she most likely knew you were lying about the needle, and took your desire to have a test as a sign that you participated in some form of activity that would put you at risk. Doctors aren't stupid, they know that 14 year olds do stupid things, like have unprotected sex.

She very likely did take the blood. There would be nothing to sign. You should go and get tested again in 6 months though, because it can take time for the virus to be present in high enough numbers for the test to detect. You probably have nothing to worry about, but better to be safe than sorry. In the future be more careful up front and you won't have to worry at all, but good for you this time for doing the responsible thing now.

In the United States the doctor needs to provide informed consent before testing for HIV. Not sure about the rules in Bangladesh... but I can pretty much assure you that the physician wouldn't lie about completing the test. They are usually more forthright, and would have just told you they wouldn't do the test.

If you're still really concerned, go to a clinic and have the test repeated.

Also, yes, it does take several days to get the results.
