My doctor needs more evidence I'm pregnant? I took 8 pregnancy Test ALL POSITIVE!?

I've been trying to conceive for 10 cycles for baby number 2, who I got pregnant with while on birth control.

I thought maybe I had PCOS or some other problems so I went to my GYN on Monday, January 26th. They took a blood pregnancy test and told me to come back on Tuesday, January 27th. I went back on the 27th and the blood test was negative, and I got a hysteroscopy and an edometrial biopsy. The biopsy was done to check my uterus for all the hormones needed to become pregnant and the hysteroscopy was a little camera and he checked my fallopian tubes and checked for any fibroids or cysts and such. They both came back normal. <Sigh> ok.

My last period was December 27th, the blood test was January 26th. I didn't get my period. So I took a pregnancy test on Sunday, February 1st. (Clearblue Easy DIGITAL) The test said PREGNANT. (WHOA) I couldn't believe it so I took the remaining two tests in the box. AGAIN both said PREGNANT.

I thought about it all night in disbelief and went to Walgreens the next morning February 2nd and bought First Response. I took all three of those tests throughout the day. ALL 3 had double pink lines which means positive and they all showed up within 2 minutes. So, I called my GYN. He personally got on the phone with me and told me it was impossible. But said to come in on the 3rd of February.

I went to the office and he personally gave me yet, another pee test... again POSITIVE. He then went on to say that it took 2 minutes for it to show up so he "needs more evidence" that I'm pregnant. WTF?!

I took another test today, my 8th, it was a Rite Aid brand test and again it was positive, it took 1 minute and 15 seconds to show, I timed it.

In conclusion, I took 7 pregnancy tests and my doctor said he needed more evidence before he could say that I was pregnant, I took another one today which in total is 8 BIG FAT POSITIVES! No cysts or tumors and I haven't had my period since December 27th. I have tingling boobs, cramps, slightly tired, peeing a little more throughout the day.

If I'm pregnant can someone explain to me what is happening? What do you think? I need some opinions because I'm going nuts!

You can't have a false positive pregnancy test! But if you weren't that far along it could have been a false negative because the HCG hormone would have to be more prevalent to show up for the test. Besides this, you said the magic words as far as I'm concerned because on my second pregnancy, my breast felt like little pins sticking me. I was told that in second babies especially that they do this if you breast fed your first baby. (I had).

I think all those positives are good enough proof. Consider seeing another doctor, a second opinion never hurt anyone!

i don;t get what's so hard to believe.. why wouldn't you be pregnant... 8 tests is pretty convincing. why doesn;t your doctor take another bloodtest!

Second opinion. Get a new Doctor.

if they all said negative then you need to prove you are but your all positives and your feeling sick why is it so hard for him to believe that if you know how far you are and the baby is big enough to see maybe have him do an ultrasound and if he sees it and still doesn't believe then he's a pretty big dumba**

If your Dr did all them test on you and couldn't find out on his own that you are pregnant then i think i would find another dr. Why does he say its impossible for you to be pregnant?? I think i would have to look into another gyno. Just my opinion:)

Im sorry i cant help you, but i see that you get pregnant while on the pill, can I ask you a few questions about it? sorry, i dont see many people that it happens to! Did you miss your period? Did you bleed? Did you miss many pills? im on the pill and I feel I might be. my email should be on my profile... please write back

I took 1 test in my doctor's office and it was positive and thats all he needed.
Are you sure you want this guy as your doctor? Do you trust him at all? He makes me mad just reading your post.
I would get a new one. You don't need some a** telling you he needs more proof when you already have it.
