Instead of giving free/low coast aids drugs why not tax them at 500%?

almost all people with that disease got it from screwing around, why should I subsidize their bad behaviors. Plus wouldn't it be better to have everyone in the world get tested, and then anyone positive gets put to sleep. That would for sure stop the disease wouldn't it.

I do think that if it gets any worse then mandatory testing may be a way to go to protect ourselves. But unless we enforce isolation on the ones that test positive we are not going to solve the problem.
