What would you like to ask?I am still very sick.Please help?

This might be a little long so i apologize. I have been sick for 5 months now. I weighed 132 in november and now im 112. My appetite decreased and i get full really fast. I am always tired. I am always constipated, i have a bowel movement everyday but it is hard for me to pass it when i do i get a little relief. My upper back, chest hurt.The right side of neck is tensed and sore. The right side of my jaw hurt especially if i open wide. And feel like theres fluid in my right ear. I also have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck that they never checked. My lower spine hurts when i wake up in the morning and the pain radiates to my lower stomach around my navel. I have had a ct scan and x ray of chest. The x ray showed a little scoliosis. Ive had ct scan of neck lower abdomen and head. Ive had ultrasound of neck, upper and lower abdomen. Ive had pelvic exam and endo vaginal ultrasound that showed a small cyst on right ovary. Ive had alot of blood work done, thyroid test, std and aids test and still they say its nothing. I have also had stool test. I have had a upper gi series test and they said it was gerd. But why am i losing all this weight with no appetite. Oh i forgot, the ct scan done on my thyroid showed multiple lymph nodes in my throat and they are still not checking to see what it could be. The doctor said some people have alot of nodules in their throat, bull****.I guess because my throat doesn't hurt bad and i still can swallow they dont care. My throat is dry every morning i wake and sometimes its itchy. I dont know what else to do. I am 28 yrs old and very very scared. I keep going back to the hospital and one doctor told me that their was nothing else they could do they did all they could. I dont have any money or insurance so im getting my appointments through the charity hospital. If anyone know where i can get some help please let me know and also who can i call to get this hospital to help me because they really are sick of seeing me. I dont have anxiety or anything like that, but since i have not gotten any better its making me depressed,lonely and scared i cry everyday and something has to give because i have to be here for my son. Please, if you can relate or have any answers that would help me please let me know. Oh and please be kind. Thanks
