Drug Test Question!? Help!?

So I get arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Aiding and Abetting. I was wondering if they would make me do a urine test (Im a minor and this is my first offense) Also i was wondering if they would give me a paroll officer... And The last question... i have smoked marijuana 10 days ago and it was the first time in a while (im not a chronic smoke, just a 1 time a week thing) im average size 5'9'' 200lbs and i might have to drop in 3 days what should i do to Detox myself... Please Help.

you PROBABLY will get something called and ACD...its a CONDITIONAOL DISCHARGE...if you stay out of trouble for 6-12 months all charges will be dropped....but if it is a little more seriouse then that then yes you probalby will get a probation officer and you probably will be drug tested but not for a while and you dont have to take that drug test till you are put on probation which could take a while. just drink water but your Probation officer probably will understand that you smoked before you got in trouble and will give u a grace period to get it OUT of your system...good luck
