What can cause small, pinkish, itchy spots on arms, back, and buttocks?

Woke up last Sat. with small, pinkish itchy spots on my arms, back, and one underneath my right buttock. I was just wondering what could cause them. I'm still a virgin, only been kissed once, and don't have AIDS because I got tested for it at my school to help spread awareness. I always use toilet covers, except when I'm rushing from one class to the next and then I just squat, so it can't be from that. I washed everything last weekend, and I'm still getting them. Could it be chicken pox that I never got in 4th grade when everyone else did? Or could it be an STD even though I've NEVER had sex and only been kissed once? Or am I just paranoid? Please help.

the ones on my back start at my lower back and go up my sides, in small lines of two, that are spread about a fingers with apart on both sides-basically, it looks like I have red seams stitched up my sides. There is one in the middle of my upper arm, one in the middle of my lower arm, and one on my elbow. And there's only one on my buttock.

it couldn't be an STI- and you don't need to worry about the toilet seats. spread of STIs through contact with a toilet seat is a myth:)

that said, it could definitely be the chickenpox. depending on where you live, it could also be a form of rocky mountain spotted fever- rash presents starting on limbs and spreading to the rest of the body. go to your doctor and have it checked out- if it is chickenpox, then you should be fine in a few weeks. if it is RMSF, then you will need treatment.

without seeing the rash, or without an adequate description of it, other than the location, it's impossible to tell you what you have. But, some "wild guesses" would include pityriasis rosea and psoriasis. Why not google those and see if they fit what you have. If not, you should see your local dermatologist for the answer.

It could be heat rash, or an allergy to something.

If your worried about herpes, I'm sure it isn't it.

Get some oatmeal bath mixture and soak in it. It relaxes skin.

And get benidryl or w/e skin lotion that calms irritations.

You'll be okay :D.

it could be poison oak if you have been outdoors at all. poison oak has three leaves on it and is green and some times has red on it!!
